Hazen Watch Co.

Independent watch servicing · Nationwide mail-in

The watchmaker for watches the authorized dealers turn away.

Out-of-warranty, vintage, and gray-market watches serviced with a preservation-first hand, by the person who actually does the work.

01

Preservation first

Original dials, hands, and patina stay original. We service the movement and conserve the history. Nothing gets “corrected” or swapped for modern service parts without your say-so.

02

Direct access

You talk to the person actually turning the screwdrivers. No call centers, no black-box shipping overseas, no months of silence.

03

2–4 weeks turnaround

Most services are back on your wrist in two to four weeks, not the twelve-plus now typical at official service centers.

From the bench

An automatic movement in an open caseback, held in a case holder on the bench
A watch movement fully disassembled into a parts tray during a service overhaul
Macro of a gilt, jeweled movement with ruby chatons and blued-steel components
Extreme macro of a mechanical movement's gear train

Vintage calibers. Workhorse automatics. Chronographs. Custom Seiko builds.

We service Rolex, Omega, and Japanese movements alongside the broader world of ETA, Sellita, and Valjoux calibers, the watches official service centers quote absurdly, wait-list for months, or refuse outright.

This is a one-person bench with limited slots, not a volume operation. Every watch gets a free written assessment and timing trace before a single screw turns.
