The intake form collects your name, contact details, watch information, and any photos you attach. That information is used for exactly one thing: assessing and servicing your watch. It is delivered to us by email (via Web3Forms, our form provider) and kept as part of your service record.

Photos you upload are resized on your own device before they're sent. We don't sell or share your information with anyone, we don't run advertising trackers, and we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics only to count page visits.
